All images are for illustration only. The building permit has not yet been received for the project. Changes may occur in accordance with the requirements of the authorities and/or planning constraints and/or the company’s discretion. The company intends to submit applications for easements and/or changes in the building permits, and insofar as these applications are not approved, the company will be entitled to reduce the number of apartments and/or floors in accordance with the obtained building permits, and the provisions of the signed sales agreement with the buyers of apartments in the project will be applied to this matter. Development of public areas may change in accordance with the decision of the local authority and under its sole responsibility. Images may depict upgrades, furnishings, designs, and finishing materials that are not part of the standard specifications and are not included in the price of the apartment. The company will only be bound by the final signed sales contract and its attached sales plans and specifications. It is further clarified that the company intends to submit applications for easements and changes to the building permits in order to add up to 10 apartments on up to 2 additional typical floors. Insofar as these applications are not approved, the company will be entitled to reduce the number of apartments and/or floors in accordance with the obtained building permits and the 8th and/or 9th floor, as the case may be, will be rendered null and void, and the provisions of the sales agreement will be applied to this matter.
